Sue, Go to a local hardware store and get yourself some Castrol Super Clean. I think there is some stuff called Zep that works well also. A strong solution of powdered Tide and hot water will well too.

Use a spray fluxer, like those used in wave soldering. Search the fine SMTnet Archives for supplier names. We understand that spray fluxing is significantly different than dispensing. What do you want/expect to accomplish by dispensing liquid flux

We don't know. "ATS Fluxer" is a SEHO product identification. So, check with your SEHO representative about the meaning of "ATS".
