Thanks, Rob... when it says on that eBay mechanism that it's "adjustable," it's the length... it's scored in increments, to snap off at the required length. So no help with this issue, unfortunately.

Do you still have the HD problem? depending on the cameras you have this matvary abit but try this line and make sure you have the path shown and with drivers DEVICE=D:AOIMCINTCAMINT.SYS /PCI /CD:AOIMCINTC768X484.TXT /6 regards Marcos D

Machine is working as per above parameter but camera window shows mixed color while read fudical mark also while running calibration plate camera window show black and white color block not show white background.

According to the manuals there is a 2D solder paste inspection mode on these machines. If anyone is using this option, please share the setup details. Thanks

Can Assembleon Opal nozzles be repaired? I have a few ith chips on the corners of the tips. It appears as though the tips are pinned in the bodies of the nozzles, and that they could be changed out. Thanks

I'm not sure if they can repaired. I'm sure you could do something yourself to do a DIY fix, but it would probably be easier to just buy new nozzles from assembleon. Not entirely sure, just my initial thought, would like to hear from others
