does anyone know where used matrix trays could be purchased? Topline wants a ridiculous amount for them. Need to handle parts 16.2mm x 12.3mm x 2.31mm. REceived in T&R but need trays to bake out and then place.

I'd like to know what to do with used matrix trays. We have a pile of them and it seems like a waste to simply throw them away! Do vendors buy them back? Recycle? Give to the kids to make buildings?

Hello my name is Steve, I am a machine operator 3 at an electronics company we currently run a QSP2-PLUS and I am wondering if anyone has experienced a phenomenon with this machine where the gantry moves on its own without any sensors being tripped?

Steve, Does said phenomena occur at a particular time? Or is it seemingly random? What sensors are you referring to? The door sensors, (as in you have the doors open and the gantries move)?

Randon question.... Are there factors I should be considering in assembling/manufacturing PCBs at 6700 ft above sea level? I searched the achrives and Google, I havent found much on the subject. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

We are at 4800 ft above sea level and do nothing special because of the elevation. Good question.... I really don't know if going higher than we are creates any special conditions one needs to deal with.

Yeah, I'm assuming as long as the oven is profiled with a thermal profiler, and we're controlling the humidity, we should be fine. Thanks for your reponse!
