this really depends on the pad sizes. You can see 15 different pad sizes for the same component package. Take a look in IPC 7525. I am attaching an article as well, so you can get an idea.

No, I haven't had any experience with ICAPE but i feel like Alibaba is a good one. Some really good suggestions are present in the comment section as well though. I'd like to take a look at that, too, and get back to you.
