Well, I was using a quad QSV-1 for boards this size. Not the fastest, but it was able to handle the large boards in a pass through machine. Keep in mind the board thickness, as well. Anything over 0.2" will not fit in the clamps of the conveyors.

Hi, The percentage of lead (0.1% or otherwise) is still being debated in the EU where the legislation is in place. The industry is pushing for a 0.2% limit,(if lead-free has to be) as it is considered a limit where solder can be recycled economical

Lead free is not define as NO lead and "a maximum concentration value of 0.1% by weight in homogeneous materials for lead shall be tolerated." Check below link. So replaced your solder from the pot when exceed 0.1%. http://www.leadfree.org/files
