The assembly is HASL finished. The colour of the solder mask is green, ( sorry I dont know the technical name ).The flux is No Clean (Koki JS3000)which is seeing a preheat temp between 90-100degCel. The solder pot is set at 250degCel and is 63/37.

Any comment on the solder pot temperature setting, 500F (260C) or 482F (250C). Most of the manufacturer is using 500F in CA. Rgds. Dason

Yes, that's what people are thinking. The 217�C melting temperature that you mention requires a ~250�C reflow temperature. Generally, boards, legend ink, and components cannot take that temperature. Further, few ovens can produce that temperature
