Bare board cleanliness is still primarily measured by resistivity of solvent extract (ROSE) using instruments such as Omegameters and Zero Ions. What is considered as "acceptable" cleanliness varies between specification and from company to company.

It's a excellent idea to monitor the cleanliness of your components and soldering process. Consider running a spare board.

I am running no clean boards for automotive applications. We have continued to use a cleanliness test as part of our control plan.I am wondering if anyone has been able to eliminate the cleanliness test due to the use of no clean materials?

Since you are using an Ionograph you need to use IPC-TM-650 method 2.3.25, static method. The test method is free on the IPC website. You'll need to get your customer to give you an acceptable cleanliness level to test to.
