I just looked in my MSC Industrial catalog and they have coils of shim stock which would be a hard temper in .031 thickness on Pg.1770. Also stainless sheets of cold drawn material .03 thick on page 1791.

Ry-n, Yes, this applies to Heller ovens. I had the exact same problem. The SSR failed and current continues to flow through the heating coils until it triggers an emergency shut down.

I would go with wire thickness + 0.4 to 0.8 mm for pad width, and pre-tinned lenght + 0.5mm what seems to me like problem is that it can easily roll off the pads in reflow oven

I just found out we are unable to epoxy it. As the customer need to pull it up and open to tune the product. Which means the only way to solve it is by fine tune the pad and/or stencil design.

I bought similar (KOGANEI) for Topaz-X, only the coil of the electromagnet must be the same (voltage). The mechanical part is unlikely to break down - you need to disassember and clean.
