I've been using a DEK Vectorguard frame for a couple months now and like it a lot. It uses air to clamp/unclamp the foil and both DEK Vectorguard and Alpha Metals Tetrabond foils fit the frame. Just about any decent stencil supplier sells Vectorgua

I know you said you checked your clamps but another look will do no harm. we had a very similar issue a while back, and it turned out that the plastic shim under the chase clamp magnet was damaged. This caused the chase clamps not to release properly

Thanks Pete, I have plenty of Omega thermocouple leads on hand. By the way ECD is the mfg asking $989 for a probe that costs about $100, to which they add a pcb edge clamp.

You might reduce your panel size, cut it in half and rotate to better utilize your edge clamping/board supports. Tape off your current stencil and see if it improves the print. A new stencil and a little extra handling may be cheaper than tooling.

Hi Eadthem Your way isn't work for our big size Board(620x440x7mm).After pressing the Alu Bars on the edges, the warpage happened more wider.So, we r using clamps to adjust PCB expension. Anyway, thx for sharing.
