We use the Gel Flex from MPM. Made a different base for each machine. Works well for most boards, but you may need additional pin support for larger boards. No tools, no vaccum hoses, no missprints (which Grid Lock is famous for), and best of all

I am working on my own tooling that has a gel interface for DS PCB's right now, for a lot less $$, it should work for a P&P and a printer with a little modification. I am hoping to get it early next week and try it out. I'll let you how it turns out.

Gel flex is crap! If you put enough in to actually support the board, it bows. Apparently MPM knows this because they include hard pins with the set (kinda defeats the purpose huh)! I trialed the grid-lok and it worked fine and operators loved it. Th
