It's weird that it would be just 0805. When we see this it relates to a single part number and it goes way after a time. We use a Humiseal 1B73. I've emailed you the contact for a person that is very knowledgeable on conformal coatings.

Try Ellsworth Adhesives. We have good luck with them getting 1B73 in here fast on most occasions. www.ellsworth.com ...and no I dont work for them or know anyone who does!

Customer requires 10 E 13, then humiseal applied to take air out of the equation. This is primarily required on a 1Meg High Voltage resistor divider PR

Dave, When we converted the Humiseal thermal conductivity info into W/m-*C we came up with .167 - .209. Did we do somthing wrong with our conversion?

I am using Humiseal 1B31 conformal coating and xylene mix on a PVA coating machine. Bubbles are appearing between the pins of LCCs mainly and bubbling is worse when put through the IR oven. Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to elliminate this
