Dude - one thing you may want to look at is the detergent your adding to your stencil wash. If it's geared for epoxy removal, it will also remove "that" epoxy as well. The rule of thumb is, under one year, the manufacturer fixes the stencil, over one

I have shlves with rollers and a stop on one end. Boxes go in one end and roll towards the other. One end for people to pull from, the other is to load. I have bunch left over and willing to sell cheap. Let me know if you want them.

Hi all, I would like to assemble boards that have one side all SMD and the other side all TH components. I have no idea how to do it. Any help will be appreciated.

We used process 1 that dave detailed. We used screen print adhesive on one line and pin transfer on another. The adhesive dots were applied to the body of the component allowing the wave to form the solder joints.
