The QSA30 is basically a Samsung CP40 with a few changes. For an older machine the programming is pretty good. it can do array boards and has an import feature for XY data. Tts been about 7 years since I ran one. Its a pretty solid machine.

Could you help to tell what is the way to pick/place 0402/0201 using QSA30? Also do you know that without a VME bus Control B/D (illumination card for fixed camera), the new version software (ver.6.0 and above) will not initialize the vision system.

We have some Quad (QSA-30) machines, and i get better results when i optimize a program manually of the one that when i utilize the optimizer of the machine. Somebody knows a better software, than i stop using a manually optimizer. Sory me English. �
