Erhard, I am not sure what you mean. I believe bulk case placement only refers to C's & R's. Even then placing only 0603 and 0805. I assume you are talking about larger parts since you mention trays???

Has anyone had trouble waving and gluing 0603 R's and C's? At my company, our designers have "opened the floodgates" on bottom-side 0603's. We've got an EPK+ with rotary chip and omega wave but can't seem to get skip-free soldering on these guys.

Yes. I have both R-L and L-R machine in house and we swap stencils betweeen them all the time. Stencil programs from R-L to a L-R machine (and vise/versa) will not.
