Erhard, I am not sure what you mean. I believe bulk case placement only refers to C's & R's. Even then placing only 0603 and 0805. I assume you are talking about larger parts since you mention trays???

What's the metallization on the board? We use an immersion tin board and had to increase our profile to successfully solder.

WAVE SOLDERING and Gluing 0603 packages

Electronics Forum | Fri Apr 23 14:19:39 EDT 1999 | C.K.

Has anyone had trouble waving and gluing 0603 R's and C's? At my company, our designers have "opened the floodgates" on bottom-side 0603's. We've got an EPK+ with rotary chip and omega wave but can't seem to get skip-free soldering on these guys.

Bottom side smt and thru hole

Puzzling CSM84VZ errors, #118 and #120

Electronics Forum | Thu Nov 10 00:38:54 EST 2011 | tpappano

Hi Jeff, no problem, I'll just pop them out and make copies. I'm betting the upgrade will take care of these silly problems. The machine with the "newer" firmware just goes and goes without any issues other than replacing that R-axis servo a while
