Make sure the rail is'nt set to tight on some ovens the rail may get a little closer in the middle of the oven

When using the rectangular plate given with the machine that is used with calibrating the movable camera, does the longer side of the plate get fed into the machine ( rails set to 80mm ) or the shorter side ( rails set to 74mm ) Thanks Dave

I moved the fixed rail in by about 2 inches and it seems to have done the trick. Rail movement is easy, moving machine to keep all conveyors in line not so easy

Hi, Can somebody confirm the correct operation of the rear clamp rails on an Ersa Ecoselect 2.... Do they only activate when the PCB comes into the machine then release, or stay activated thru out the flusing, heating, soldering etc

You can have it either way. In each program you can select to have the side pressure active for the entire program. The factory setting is to have it release immediately after it pushes the pcb against the fixed rail.

Sounds like bent rails. Do you have a laser pen you can shine down both sides of both rails to see if there is any curve?
