To get you started: You would begin with a comparitor, one input would be referenced to a voltage that you want the output to "trip" at. The second input would be where you apply your "voltage" that you are using to start the motor. The output of

Low volume - high mix in Singapore? Unless something has changed in the last couple of years this customer will be back shortly with a mess. I may be wrong on this and will accept correction from anybody but from my experience with them they will

Hi Arnold, Some wave solder machines have a preheat function, that raises the board temperature before soldering. Some transformers use single use thermal fuses/TCO's inside, that trip at a set value (in a range approx. 70 degrees C to 180 degrees

What rpm is the Delta wave going at? (I think it was recommended to have it running at 700-800 rpm even if you are not using it, otherwise you get a dip in the main wave) At least that's what I think I remember from a trip to their factory, but they

I got a 3000 that is acting crazy. After a print, the board is unclamped and the Z-axis lowers. It continues to lower until it trips the limit switch. It is suppposed to move in the Y-axis to line up with the tracks while lowering in the Z-axis.

By profile (profile has not been changed) are you referring to the oven zone settings or the actual charted profile of a trip through the oven as recorded by a thermal profiler? Some ovens will continue to function without warning as long as temps

Don't know that oven or if the layout is similar at all to a Heller, but in our 1500s you could lose a blower and not get an alarm until a large board blocked vertical airflow. At that point the thermocouple in the faulty zone would then lose heat

Hi All, One of the switches tripped causing no power to the Bottom Cell Inverter . This was reset and Inverter seems to be working fine but the Bottom Blowers are not working which is causing cold joints etc. I am waiting on Electrical Schematics f

Is your machine an inline system with the conveyors along the back? If so I have run into this problem before with the sensors on the covers for the conveyors. They are 'magnetic' safety switches that can appear to be closed but don't actually switch

I've done minimal research to this point and understand my issue with solder on the double sided boards is due to oxidation that occures on the unpopulated pads when the board makes its first trip through the reflow oven. We did run both sides in a
