Hi Rob, So do you have to constantly remove the old adhesive and spray on new ones? Is that an automated process? Also for the kapton tape removal and application, is that automated as well?

A few of the LEDs on the cameras of my stencil printer are really dim. I want to replace them and not have to buy a whole new light ring board. Does anyone know what kind of LED they are? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have solder bumps diameters @ 80um, the board pad size @ 100um. Can this size be printed? How about dispensing?

My oven is a Heller 1809 EXL. Some zones are overheating, reaching more than double of specified (SP). What can be the cause of this?

On a our electricity ovens the most common problem with overheating zones is usually the solid state relays. Not sure if this would relate to the Heller ovens.
