I am pretty sure, you are looking into the wrong spot. Your paste is too much, or your part has very inconsistent narrow leads(that includes wrong pad design as well.)

I agree with Evtimov. What he didn't point out is that the surface tension of the solder would vastly overwhelm any force from air flow.

If your budget allows, there are dress shoes made that are ESD safe. This would preclude the need for the straps, and the hassle of having to keep track of wearing them.

Leather is not very insulative. AFAIK a lot of good quality dress shoes are naturally ESD safe. (or maybe test too low.) Check the dress shoes with a tester. And I'm guessing that stapling the straps is out of the question.

I have one Topaz X FNC machine with this problem. The head 2 FNC not change the nozzle. The head 4-6-8 is ok and change, but head 2 no, when he tries to change the nozzle he gives me an error message. What could be the problem?

For me it looks like a sales issue. Having more operators would probably not help them meet their metric. If you cannot meet or defeat a metric, switch metrics. (said tongue in cheek)

In most cases when we run into this we find that the manufacturer has produced a data sheet that's applicable to package styles rather than any specific part number. They can be hard to locate, though.
