How about your bare pcb handling? do you stuff smd component prior hand soldering? you can try to bake the pcb and then see if this problem still exist.

You can buy green fingernail polish and mark each handle with it. That may not look professional but it is much cheaper than buying an entire set of new tools.

Hello! You may want to be more specific whereas each of those companies produce different machines. You have basic introductory machines, and high-end machines. Some provide faster speeds, some provide a wider range of component handling.

hi, we use pump print stencil and have problem with cleaning.we clean the stencil handling, using zestron301, but in the holes stay adhesive.Take a test with ultrasonic cleaner but resalt is not good.
