I checked it and there is no problem with the lubrication the cables are in good condition. The band feels a little loose I will try to make the adjustment to see if that is the problem.

Hi All, I have pick DIMM connector using chuck nozzle. Shape data already refer to physical size. Unfortunately, connector drop during pick up, and have many dislodge. Can we understand what might be the reason ?

We are having a few issues lately with a Data file open error on the printer and also the belts carrying on spinning when the PCB has hit the board stop even though the board stop sensor is activated that it has seen the PCB, anyone seen these issues

Use them always - they help for even preheat of the board. If there is a temp sensitive/melting component on top side, turn them off.
