Normally, you should not have to bake boards that are properly packaged and stored. Since you are seeing problems, baking makes sense. Consider 125C for 4 to 6 hours. Additionally, look here for more, while waiting for others: http://www.smtnet.

Just try to do family set up with it. It will move almost every part to a diffrent place. My old programer had to do it all by hand if it was to be done at all. Normaly we just left the old parts in there and added the new ones. Talk about slow. But

Hi, As stated by everyone ,you really should have a Profiler and be checking the oven at least once a week. As a quick fix to Identify if you are reaching reflow temp at all, I would recommend that you buy some Thermal Indicators (temp. stickers)th
