Just as it says, I have some CS-400D Thru-hole machines and I am wondering if anyone has some spare parts collecting dust. Email me with what you have.

Thanks for offer , but I need a file with coordinates and a placement position. I am going to check quality of the our PICK&PLACE machine on double side adhesive.

I understand, I'm just saying ASM most likely has this information. But I understand your reluctance to ask for it if you're not running ASM placement machines.

I have not. I did watch an online webinar but of course it showed all the extra stuff that I have no use for. So I pretty much lost interest.

For me, this PCB is 208€/10 pcs in the webshop. Maybe it is worth to buy 1 package. Anyways, why you don't make your own test-board?

I'll double check tomorrow but I don't think so, it fails zeroing straight away (without moving the other parts) when the PWC axis is enabled, which is why I tried swapping the board as I assumed it was a controller not being found issue.

It can also be a faulty servo controller (not the amplifier), I think it's UMC3 board in slot 10

oh great, I'll check that out, can I just swap that between the two machines to check? Is that module on the front of the machine or on the back with the VRM modules? I'm pretty new to finding stuff on the machines!
