I was correct...the cable that operates the stencil clamps on the right bank is severed...do you know where I can get a replacement cable part number 163368? Thanks.

Just another thought - how long is the printer idle for between boards? is it long enough to have the chemicals start to separate within the paste?

As I have two identical machines, it was easy, it really is the encoder, and as it is integrated into the motor it will be necessary to change the entire unit, or try to repair the encoder.
