Trace cuts

Our customer has requested that we cut traces and add fly wires alot. What we use now is an exacto knife and a soldering iron to take off the trace. This works but does not look good and is not very efficient. Does anybody know of a tool to cut trace

Is there anybody out there familiar and expert on fixing Quad tape feeders? I have a few feeders that I can't figure out what was wrong. It won't do anything, but when I checked the voltages, the wiring, etc.,everything is normal. Please help. Hermi

What is the industry standard specification for Resisitivity monitoring at aqueous cleaning? What would be the diff. between specs. for normal PCBA vs PCB that has to go through wire bonding after SMT for COB process. pls advise..thx

Hi all, a lifted lead (FP 0,5mm pitch) with a wire soldered to it needs proper protection against tear off. What kind of coating is appropriate, should be dispensable and fast drying. Thanks in advance Wolfgang

Hello Wolfgang Try looking in the process guides section of Circuit Technologies web site. Their recomendation is to bond the jumper wire to the board within 6mm of the lead with hot melt glue, cyanoacrylic glue or adhesive dots. John Thorup

Hi, I am looking around for methods of getting the iron tip temperature profile as the thermocouple wires can not be used for that. Any suggestions?
