Is there any kind of Feeder Verification System that is compatiable with a Panasonic MSH,MV150 or MPA3???? Also, what choices do we have for a Feeder Verification System for the Fuji's other than RVS or Bartector?????

When I search using the new product to company directory, I can't find companies that I know were in the older directory. What did everyone get dumped and they just haven't found-out and re-registered yet? Dave F

What does "CSP" mean?

Reading some technical report I found the term "CSP", but no explanation. I guess something about Chip Scale Package... but not sure. Could someone please explain it to me? Rgds, Anderson

Steve: Excellent description of CSP's. I think the term "Micro BGA" has been trademarked by Amkor.

Wavesoldering TSOP's

I am trying to find out if it is possible to wavesolder TSOP's. If so , what should the footprint be like, and how should the wavesolder process be set up ? Alternatively can PLCC's be wavesoldered ? I would greatly appreciate any help. Regards Fran
