Try to check axis drivers - at the begining should be tactile. When you press RESET look on the screen - is there any change (position send from encoders) ?

Sr Tech could be right about the C-AXIS coupling, i've seen that happen before as well, although the noise happened when the cam was sitting still at 0deg, not when it was turning, the noise was from the motor hunting for position.

Also check your belts/tensions/pulleys and motors on the camera axis. If you are getting any slippage then the camera will not be in the position the encoder says it is. It may still read the fids but will produce an offset.
