Nick: I got two choices for ya: 1 Call your supplier, have 'em send ya an outline drawing, and read the pitch from the drawing. 2 Buy a vernier caliper and measure the center to center spacing of the leads. Good luck

I forgot to ask if anyone knows what numbers I should get for function 30, nozzle height and center of rotation? I'm getting 365 for height and 12314 for center of rotation. I know it isn't 12.314 inches out!

Mydata Centering motor problem

Found the problem. A small part had previously fallen off the nozzle, and ended up behind the left centering jaw preventing the jaw from opening up fully. Cheers Darren

Hello Steve, i think you are experiencing the potato chip effect, where temperature difference at the center and edges are huge; causing BGA edges to tilt down or up.Try narrow down the temperature difference between the center of BGA and corner. I
