Has anyone done study or have feedback on 0402 placement capabilities of Europlacer Vitesse? What kind of common issues were seen when placing 0402s with the machine? We know the machine is rated for 0402s but don't know how reliable it is. Rgds, P

You might want to look into one of the machines from Europlacer or Mydata that have very high feeder capacities(200 or more) and intelligent feeders. They were designed for minimal change over time in high mix environments.

i would look at an SPM from MPM(speedline) or an SP200 from Europlacer (speedprint not speedline) We have used both of these machines with great success from 16mil pitch qfps to .5mm pitch uBGAs.

Hi, whatever you do,any type of converting, you have to type them at least once. So why don't you jus rename them. 1 day should be enough. regards, Emil
