If you think the FCM is the fastest machine then may be you need to research again. Compare the FCM speed to the NP, you will see which one is faster. Anyway, I do like the gantry a lot, but for high volume, gantry still have no match with turret.

Hi, We are running a SlimKIC, and it's great, but the thermocouples are expensive, and we want to leave them on each product, and not reuse them, as it's faster to profile. Is there any third party sources of thermocouples? Regards, Grant

We have dek-my12-my12-heller. We are very happy with it. Change-over time varies more by facility than by machine type. I worked at a place with dek-mviif-msf-btu and we had faster changeovers there. There we had a dedicated feeder set-up. Close to

Just as an option you might want to look at Assembleon also. They have an adaptive base that allows you to run the GSM feeders on the new MG machine, which is faster than the UIC machine. I do not work for Assembleon just wanted to mention it.

davef, how can you convince me that 100Sn dissolved copper much faster?
Electronics Forum | Thu Nov 03 07:22:16 EST 2005 | davef
arnold: I did not say that Sn100 dissolved copper faster. The graph of dissolution rates [from the link above] shows that Sn100 dissolves copper slower than many of the other solders.
