thanks for info Most of the defect soldering joint do not take place. Observe that PCB not cleaned properly & also component wetting not good. testing staff expect that all card what ever they receiev shuld be 100% ok. they straight forward complain

Not sure how Juki centernests operate but baybe the board thickness is prgrammed wrong and the top board surface is too low or too high (bowed upward). This will cause bad placements. This is an easy mistake to make on HSP.

Try your component distributor. Many of them can take your BoM with existing mfr. nrs. and give you new list of Pb Free mfr. p/ns.

Hello, I need to rework a thru hole DIP mounted on a metal backed FR4. It is difficult to remove the FR4 board from the metal back since it is riveted. Is there a simpler way to takle this? Thnx

We've got a Must II, and it works fine. The service in the UK is good too, but the upgrades (i.e. to lead free) are expensive, and last time we checked the new software wasn't 100% ready.

Good morning, This isn�t very strange. Bottom side components are prone to tombstoning more than topside ones. Try to reduce oven�s bottom heaters temperature slightly to prevent solder paste melting on bottom side. This can help. BR, Pavel
