Can't help you with the machine, but have you considered stencil printing? I have found that this seems to be a better (more repeatable) process than the dispensers I have used in the past (FUJI).

Here is one reason- It eliminates the viscosity change during printing operation from the paste warming up and getting thinner. I would contact your paste supplier and have them give you the full list.

Your 316L stainless steel pot will not contain lead-free solder, over the long term. We'd bet that our solder machine equipment manufacturer will "swap" you a lead-free solder compatable pot for your current pot.

I think I would work on the reflow profile or your paste handling procedures to prevent the splattering. I might even change paste suppliers or formulations.
