I used a Balston in another life. It wasn't large enough to provide for reflow or wave but they made them large enough. Maintenance was minimal, problems were virtually nonexistant, and like MikeS implies, the airflow requirements are substantial.

Does any one have a manual on this press? I am having problems with mine during homing. It seems that the Z axis sensors are not seeing the Z axis and it runs into hard limits. Thanks for any help provided

Best is 7 or 6.5D if you cant achieve 7. In fact this is the best angle for Leaded and Lead Free, so watch the Chinese machines as they come in around 5 and cause loads of bridging problems

We built tens of thousands of boards with transeivers on them with a no clean process.Never had any problems with the flux residue in relationship to board performance.

set the vision number to 255 in the PD. This will shut off the vision processing
