Have the same problem but I do it manually in MYDATA when I check the feeder�s position I can change the orientation there.

I receive this message everytime I turn on my machine " Release Emergency Stop Button." I checke all every loction and stop button. Cant find out the problem. Does any one have a solution to this?

We were using AIM WS485 SAC305 and AIM NC257 SAC305 and we had problems with voiding and AIM�s narrow process windows. Now we are using Indium3.2 and Indium8.9 with much better results.

Well, I did manage to solve this problem. I lowered the max boards temp from 245 to 235. Then I decreased my TAL. This seemed to work perfectly. Thanks everyone for your suggestions! They got me in the right direction.

push the "bubling" and it springs back. It does not look like solder mask. We may have to fight with board house as they don't think it's their problem. Do you know any way to find the real reason? Any idea or help will be appreciated.

I've had some luck with longer soak. Of course that was on a board with severe thermal mismatches so I don't know if it will help your problem or not.

have you try to change the stencil apertures to another figure like the one that look like a baseball home? I was having that problem and some solder beads and with that I was able to decrease the tombstones

I found that if the feeder correction is turned on the offset of the verifier is transfers to the feeder data for some reason. I turned the feeder correction off and the problem went away.
