I am having problem on the cleaning of our Cyberclean 2000. There is enough chemical, and the wash pressure is also obtained. Yet after performing a cycle, the stencil is not cleaned. What could be a possible cause of not cleaning the stencil?

thnx davef & all With the help of all at last i solved the problem , The vias are not caped from bottom , so solder paste draining through the via to the floor which creates voids between IC ground pad and e-pad. Tnhx all again

I need help with conveyor speed in Omni Excel 7. It fluctuate, and never have a steady speed. I swapped the speed control card,calibrated, encoder, and I still have the same problem. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Thank you for responding. I called Speedline tech support he think there is a short some where in the motor. I changed the motor out and still have the same problem. The chain is normal, and using automatic lubricating. I will check more into this, a

There may be supplier guidelines or accepted practice, but there is no shear specification for printing either paste or glue. Beyond the issue of not knowing the shear value, what's the problem that you see when printing glue?
