This does sound like my failure! Failure typically goes away when boards are removed from humidity. Yes we do have a HASL finish. Do I have to do the waterbath alcohol/water extraction to pull these contaminants, or is warm water/steam enough?

If you were able to do a first/last part, then your tray wagon is set-up. You need to go to Tray Types and program the tray that will match the piece of tape you have. Then you should be able to add your component to the tray wagon.
