Thanks for the info on the Hydra tubes that will be helpful. I found the answer from one of the Mydata techs. The Camera needs the hydra head to go slower then 1.9m/sec and the setting was at 1.8m/sec. They found out that even if the machine was set

Your centering jaws are likely okay. It's the 25V that runs the centering jaws that is having the problem. Could be the circuit that produces the 25V is having problems after warmup or maybe the motor that runs the centering jaws is going bad. Loo

Has anybody had issues with the Mydata centering jaws causing esd and part damage. I understand we can lower the force on the components but ESD is my main concern. In the past I heard of companies testing the centering jaws because of this concern.
