the IRSI may well be quicker on your first board, but the CR6520 will be quicker once you've built up a raesonable component library. Don't forget - you may have to re-programme the IRSI every timeyou have small component changes such as date codes

yes I have seen that same problem several years ago we didn't change anything the problem went away when we used a differant date code from the same vendor I just figured it was comtaminated leads
