I've seen something like that on our CP5. The problem was the nut retaining the leadscrew to the bearing (motor side) that became too tight due to an error from the operator.

I have set the PQ with the CP6 station jigs. It is dialed in to 0.02mm of zero. I also checked station 5.

I also forgot to add that if the proper data was not generated by flexa for the CP6, then flexa will not communicate with the machine. You need to flush the proper and resend using flexa for the communications to work correcty. Good luck!

You never answered my question on the proper data. Do you have a hard copy of the proper data? Is the diskette (if you have it) in Fuji Flexa format? In order for flexa to communicate with the CP6, you must have the correct proper data.

And yes if the proper data is not correct it will give you a error message because Flexa cannot communicate with the CP6.

Specify the nozzle size as 1.4 in both the nozzle allocation table and the PD, the nozzles will still pass center test as the size variation is still within tolerence.

typically when i've seen this problem it is because the back of the mylar is sticky. Have you tried different parts?

Hi, I have seen this problem. Make sure that the peeler tape goes round all three pulleys as in the diagram on the feeder. Make sure the feeder clutch is oil free and not slipping. If everything is set correctly then it may be a component vendor i
