Looking in my DEK 265 LT manual, frame size external is 29 by 29 by 1.6 in. 26 by 26 internal, and printing to within side of frame = 75 mm.Hope this helps.

The vacuum will pull the stencil towards it if there isn't a frame because the front and back of the stencil aren't being supported by anything. Can't you use a frame, they're only about �20.

Has anyone else had problems with the space saver stencils and frames. The stencil tends to bow in the middle when clamped. These are the frames with only 2 pins to hold the stencil in place. Thanks for any advice

Good morning, Russ is right. Mounted on frame stencil only may be used in both machines (stencil frame is standard). All other tooling is different. BR, Pavel.

Bliss is not exactly cheap, I will conceed that. I assume you are using framed stencils? Switch to QTS frames and buy the foils. You will save enoguh to buy a Mig welder and make your own storage cart!

Chris, Since it’s always the same clip it must be that the clip is in an area where the solder wave can’t fully reach. Since you are using frames is it possible that the problem clip is the closest to board edge and gets shadowed by the frame? A p

I've been using a DEK Vectorguard frame for a couple months now and like it a lot. It uses air to clamp/unclamp the foil and both DEK Vectorguard and Alpha Metals Tetrabond foils fit the frame. Just about any decent stencil supplier sells Vectorgua

Hi Chris, Get the stencil repair kit from DEK. P/N: 430886. It comes with tools and isntructions how to remove the stencil from frame. Regards Marcin
