402 Nozzles for Assembleon Gem, Eclipse and orion?

I need a nozzle, the smallest nozzle we have is a (type 11) or type 31B. Phillips(assembleon) does not make the 31A anymore. We can pick up 402 parts with the 31B, but it's not great

Agreed. I wouldn't look any earlier than the X, series for used. That's not to say the GEM series is bad, its only because it's 4 generations old.

You would still need a valid PDC (Product Delivery Code), only obtainable from Philips/Assembleon, to enable the software regardless. Unless you still have these codes the software will be useless to you.

Philips Gem Topaz - Does anyone have a decoder ring for calculating the correct place angle for components. I am looking for a fool proof way to program the correct angles depending on how the parts are supplied to the machine. Thanks Mike

Hello! You need an upgrade on AMS3.0 to use it with Windows 7. And then you need a dongle for every PC you want to use it on. And with that step ypu dont need a floppy anymore you can register the machines with usb stick or over network. Christian
