Pretty much what Russ said, with the addition that going to a major distributor's site (mouser, digikey) and searching for those marking codes might get you where you want to go quickly.

After I measured, Pin 1 is gnd, Pin 2 is output = approx 1..795 Vdc and pin 3 is input = 3.3VDC. Someone please help me to find out the part number. Is it Linear voltage regulator or something voltage supervisory for microprocessor/microcontroller.

2D codes take up much less real estate so that might work. Something else we did was to go to CO2 lasers and mark directly into the solder mask. Underlying copper gave adequate contrast to the green mask. Much more of an investment, but works grea
