Are you using Auto Program to generate the board program? If your camera offset and mod codes are OK I would check your board position settings in Auto Program and make sure they are correct. For me at least, board globals, position, and fidicuals

bought the cable replacement kit and replaced all of the ribbon cables and still the deadly motor error 4. Everything in the system has been replaced except the X motor and the Y motor cable.

I have been in the process of setting up a Quad 2C that lost its mod codes myself. Have you cleaned the glass encoder strips for X and Y? I was getting alot of motor errors until I cleaned them and I believe it was the error 4. Hope this helps.

i have seen bad motor cables cause the problem......you can ohm them out to the driver cards or if you have extras....replace them Bob

Hi, I went to run my IVC yesterday and it got a Motor Error on first pickup. Pressing Enter showed Z:-27:0 So according to the manual that means the Zaxis was commanded to go to -27, but the limit is '0'. I tried a Function 3 on that pickup and
