Hi Kim Dun take any risk in delamination bcoz u will be the person to answer for being it. So, we do bake all Pcbs, which have 3months of shelf life, b4 startin any process although they are still inside the factory packs.

This might sound stupid but... We had a similar issue and the solution was depaneling the panel upside down. Take this advice at your own risk...

We have the sm481 10 head it runs about 20k per hour we are i n the USA if that machine is used for 50 to 60k it probably in bad shape or if it is from offshore you buy at your own risk.

Hi! I had worked with and without gridlock for DEK. Print quality is the same for both variants. Gridlock for operator work simplifying. Also gridlock reduces operator risk of mistake.
