Hi all, I have couple of questions/doubts on solder mask, please clarify. Why green color solder mask is popular when compared to other solder mask (RED, PURPLE, BLUE etc.). Are there any performance issues with other solder mask if I use them.

HI, i work for an EMS company and i got a few remarks on the solder mask question. In the manufacturing of PCBs there should be no difference if they use other color solder mask, but in the production of electronic assembly it could make a difference
