Hello, I have found the problem. The capacitors on the PAIB board were leaking. They have even demaged some traces and vias on the PCB and the -5V supply on the PAIB board was not working anymore. Got it working again :)

I had the same looking coating on solder joints when we used rosin in IPA. after switching to water based no clean it never happened again.

Actually we have problem in an machine Samsung SM411. the machine stop the in Initializing machine I/F. i tried remove the VME-PCI and clean the connector and put again, change the CAn board and the result is the same. someone have an ideia of the
