We have the same machine running the same alloy and have not seen this problem, but we're not running it nearly as much as you do. Have you asked Pillarhouse what could be happening? Try sending photos to them. They have been helpful in the past.

There are many alloys of silver solder for higher temperatures mostly used in plumbing There are also alloys which are available in paste form used in the manufacture of hybrids. sarason

Maybe your flux in the paste isn't working or simply isn't there in this new batch ? Heat a blob on the end of a soldering iron and smell it (head space analysis)(old chemist joke!) sarason

We are trying to apply solder to boards with 80 microinches of electro plated hard gold. No components involved, just print 63/37 paste and reflow. The results are very poor on some boards, not so bad on others? Pictures at http://www.sipad.net/thick

You're barking up the wrong tree. Solder "splashes" are generally caused by your print being off pad a bit. They are called solder fines. I've never seen a placement machine have the capability to push paste around using it's kiss-off from the noz
