Than, shall try to find 10 boards with mixture of good and bad samples. Measure it with three different operators and three different times. It will able to tell, machine repeatability and how to troubleshoot it.

have you tried just cleaning connectors prior to IF board change? maybe it was just bad connection, that is main issue with machines in my experience.

I have the iSpector Box for about 2 years. The question is, when you have 1000 components to check, 150 to 450 failures that are not bad parts. Are there people who have the same problem?

These machines are known for this. Keep reseating the chip on the display board. The mylar display looks pretty bad and may need replaced.

For some reason i remember reseating the mylar and it working but it was probably just lucky and fixed a bad connection somewhere else on the board. I know we also reseated the ribbon cable.
