How high are we talking? 1000 Celsius? KIC Thermal Profiling double sided aluminum profiling tape. I have used at an extreme application of 240 to 300 degrees celsius for 18 minutes. With up to 30 passes with no visible degree of deterioration.

You can also do what I was doing before we found the one at Nix. We simply used double-sided tape and taped the carrier tape down on to the floors of the tray tower. Can't get much more 'simpler' than that!!!

This happens. You may need to put a dot of chip bonder on the corner of the floating QFP after first pass. What size are the QFP that are moving?
