Dave, I know that black pad isn't solderable by any alloy. But it's still justified to relate the nickel barrier plated boards to lead free. Before lead free the predominant board plating was HASL and OSP. These platings disappeared with the switch

Head 1 is not placing the parts in production. Same component is placed by head 2. Head 1 camera is camera 12 type and head 2 camera is type 8. Machine re-set done resent proper data and interchanged cameara still same problem was foundd in head 1.

We use Cooksons prepaid "Pot-Rite" program which sends you as many preaddressed envelopes and order sheets as you order. When it comes time to send out a sample you just pop it in the envelope and mail it out. They also have all the molds and ladles
