Never mind I reread your question and realized my mistake. Your best bet is just to either get more labor to rework and up your output that way or to make a custom machine that has the hot air nozzles fixtured and timed. Then load up multiple boards

Thank you for your attention. It shows an error on startup too, so it get closed by itself. when I start it manually it shows the above mentioned errors. So I should never open up Mark3 manually right? I'll clean everything up and tell you the result

Tom I did as you instructed but same results so I actually changed the harness that has the two sensors (LED and RECEIVER) on the Z motor with a new spare I had hoping that was the problem. Alas that didn't solve it either. Any other suggestions?
